Do the boots with the shorts betray my Kentucky heritage?

I'm serious.

This outfit was inspired in no small part by the Clothes Horse and kids at Peter Bjorn & John shows.

Sweater and tights, Target
Shirt, Ultra Pulverize!
Shorts, cutoff Levi's
boots, gift

I go in for a consultation to get my wisdom teeth out tomorrow. I'm really scared! I've never had any kind of invasive mouth surgery, not even for a cavity.

Ooh, getting wisdom teeth out!! They'll numb your mouth, and you won't be able to drink out of a straw, hahaha.

I love this outfit! it's so fun!!! same with your lovely blog... would you like to trade links??

If so (:D) leave the url at my blog?

Happy New Year!!

I've wanted to try that out for a while now. You pulled it off super smoothly.

Good luck at the dentist's!

I love this look, I'm definitely planning on doing boots, shorts and opaque tights when it's winter here (South Africa)

this is going to sound gross, but the best advice I can give regarding wisdom teeth surgery is, don't bite down too hard on the gauze or else the blood won't clot (I was super earnest about biting hard and mine wouldnt clot for a week). If they give you the option of being put to sleep or just local anath., choose to sleep. Have lots of icecream on standby, and good luck!

You'll make it through the surgery if it's needed! It's not so bad, and you get tons of sympathy. I would advise planning to stay home the first two or three days. Talk about chipmunk cheeks!

Nice shorts/ tights/ boot combo, lady!
